Question from UPSC Prelims 2020 CSAT Paper

Explanation :

Conclusion-I states that all numbers are divisible by 6. This conclusion is true because 6 is the least common multiple of 2 and 3. Therefore, any number that is divisible by both 2 and 3 must also be divisible by 6.

Conclusion-II All numbers are divisible by 4.

All numbers that are divisible by 2 and 3 may not be divisible by 4. For example, 6 is divisible by 2 and 3 but not divisible by 4.
