Initial position: (0,0)
Movements:
1. North 12 km → (0,12)
2. South 6 km → (0,6)
3. East 8 km → (8,6)

Final position: (8,6)

Direction calculation of women:

– Angle = tan⁻¹(6/8)
– Angle = tan⁻¹(0.75)
– Angle = 36.87°

Since:
– tan 45° = 1
– 6/8 = 0.75 < 1
– Therefore, angle is less than 45°
